• 7% TIAA/CREF regular retirement plan contribution by SU
• Additional pre-tax personal contribution plan under section 403(b)
• Monthly contribution for employees to use toward the purchase of their health insurance benefits (medical) covering the employee-only level of
coverage as follows:
• 100% of High-Deductible/HSA Plan, plus $1,200 annual contribution toward HSA account for individual; $2,400 contribution with dependents
• 95% of PPO Plan
• 90% of Buy-Up PPO Plan.
• Long-term Disability insurance.
• Cost-shared expense for group term life insurance.
• 21 days annual vacation leave accrual.
• 12 days annual sick leave accrual.
• Availability of Tuition Remission and Tuition Exchange programs.
