The Office of Sustainability has a Facebook page, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube channel to promote activities being held by the ambassadors, publish educational material for the use of students, and otherwise promote sustainability projects on campus. The YouTube channel also serves as an archive for webinars and panels the Sustainability Ambassadors have hosted.
The Southwestern Community Garden has a Facebook and Instagram page to post updates about garden events, the growing season, and what kind of help is needed.
Students for Environmental Activism and Knowledge has a Facebook and Instagram page for updates on club activities, sustainability initiatives on campus, and reminders about special dates and local events related to the environment.
The Environmental Studies Department also has a Facebook page and Twitter to keep students and faculty updated on sustainability efforts on campus.

The Southwestern Admissions and Prothro buildings have signs declaring and discussing their LEED certifications.
There is a mix of temporary and permanent signage around campus as part of Southwestern University's Bee Campus participation, educating about the presence of pollinator-friendly plants present on campus and one sign declaring a field as Protected Native Habitat.

A brief description of the sustainability walking map or tour:
During Welcome Week, SEAK leads a sustainability tour through campus. Stops include the electric car-charging stations, the community garden, the greenhouse, and the LEED-certified buildings.
There are two walking maps available to students on the sustainability website. One is part of Southwestern University's Bee Campus involvement, which includes a map of all of the signage around campus informing students about the pollinator plants. There is also a walking map available that shows every tree on campus as well as information on what kind of tree it is.

The Sustainability Ambassadors have created numerous social media posts and virtual webinars dedicated to informing students how to incorporate sustainability into their Southwestern experience with material like "Sustainable Places to eat in the Georgetown and Round Rock Area," "Sustainable Food 101: What to Eat and What to Avoid," and "Sustainable Tips for Everyday Life."
