The Sustainability Coordinator identified all courses offered in the 2021–23 Course Catalog and read descriptions of each course to determine whether or not courses included a sustainability element or were solely focused on sustainability.

To count the total number of courses, we sorted through the course catalog for the school. Courses with multiple listings were only counted once in the final number. "Special Topics" courses were omitted for all academic departments.
