The Southwestern Community Garden has a Facebook and Instagram page to post updates about garden events, the growing season, and what kind of help is needed.
Students for Environmental Activism and Knowledge has a Facebook page for updates on club activities, sustainability initiatives on campus, and reminders about special dates and local events related to the environment.
The Environmental Studies Department also has a Facebook page to keep students and faculty updated on sustainability efforts on campus.

One columnist now has the specific task of updated the campus on sustainable initiatives, organization events regarding the environment, and Green Fee news.The current reporter is student Sheryl Ong.

Every Monday the dining hall has signage up about Meatless Mondays and the industrial food systems. Signs also include facts about meat alternatives and where to get protein from. Sodexo also puts up weekly signage about locally sourced food in the dining hall.

Signs designate areas where recycled water is used for irrigation. Signs in the community garden show where rainwater is collected and talk about the organic methods used to grow food in the garden plots.

During orientation week, SEAK leads a sustainability tour through campus. Stops include the solar-powered chairs, the electric car-charging stations, the community garden, the greenhouse, and the LEED certified Admissions building.
