SOU's latest project included a major 9 million dollar renovation for the Britt Hall campus building. The Britt project included structural/seismic upgrades; mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems replacement; ADA upgrades; and life-safety systems replacement in the 50,000 square foot, 3-story Britt Hall.
