A brief description of the second program/initiative/accomplishment:

Southern New Hampshire University set up a rotating external reviewers process with schools in the Northeast Campus Sustainability Consortium. All schools were invited to be a part of it and to fill out a google form if interested. From there, a rotating schedule until 2030 has been created where each schools reviews a total of three times. With feedback from those involved, (unless a school submits every year), if a school is submitting, they are not reviewing to ease the burden.
