Yes

100

A brief description of the institution’s methodology for evaluating employee satisfaction and engagement:

For the past 17 years, SNHU has participated in the Great Colleges To Work For survey, administered by ModernThink LLC, which evaluates workplace culture in higher education through anonymous faculty and staff feedback. All employees, faculty and staff, and highlight encouraged to complete it and we had a 58% response rate for all employees. SNHU is honored to have earned recognition each year since the survey's inception and has achieved Honor Roll status for the past 7 years. The University consistently receives high ratings from employees, particularly for its facilities, work conditions, culture, benefits, and overall connection to the institution.

A brief description of the mechanism(s) by which the institution addresses issues raised by the evaluation:

The University utilizes its People Experience and Inclusion Team, collaborating with key stakeholders, to analyze insights from the survey. By examining external benchmarks, year-over-year trends, and other vital data points, the organization identifies strengths and areas for improvement. Action plans are then implemented to address opportunities while capitalizing on organizational strengths, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with employee needs.
