FY2024 was the first year that we have conducted a cultural assessment. The survey questions were developed and distributed at the Leadership Alignment Meeting to gain an understanding from top leadership. In August of 2023, all other employees were surveyed through Peakon, our employee survey tool. Employees were then surveyed again in 2024 for the annual Great Colleges to Work For survey.

Surveys are administered through Peakon, our employee survey software, and through the Great Colleges to Work For. Both of these are the best avenues to get employee responses.

August 2023 highlight results:
For the question "I am familiar with SNHU's sustainability efforts and available resources", the overall score for all employees was 9 on a scale of -100 to 100. Any positive number is considered "good". For University College (UC) (on campus), this question was scored at an 11. For Global Campus (GC) (remote), this was scored at a 13.
For the question: "I think sustainability should be a priority at SNHU", the overall score for all employees was 55 on a scale of -100 to 100. For UC, this was scored at 30. For GC, this was scored at 63.
In the Great Colleges to Work For Survey, the results are below:
For the question, "I know how my position contributes to sustainability efforts at SNHU", 78% of the UC employees had a positive answer being either "Agree" or "Strongly Agree". 70% of the GC employees had a positive answer.
For the question, "I incorporate sustainability into my daily actions and decisions", 81% of UC employees had a positive answer and 75% of GC employees had a positive answer.
