1st program
A brief description of the student educators program (1st program):
An “Eco-Rep” is a student Eco-Representative for Southern New Hampshire University who works on specific projects related to sustainability both in the University Campus and Global Campus space. These individuals are passionate about improving the sustainability efforts on campus and throughout all units of the university.
Eco-Reps are student leaders who act as the face of the Office of Sustainability to the broader SNHU student community, as well as the greater SNHU community that includes staff and faculty, and the local community. They model and promote environmentally responsible behaviors to educate their peers and the broader SNHU community. Through their work, they gain valuable experience in sustainability for their personal and professional lives.

All students are targeted, which includes both the global campus Eco-reps which serve to represent and educate distance-only learners, as well as on campus students, staff and faculty.
