The Office of Diversity and Inclusion (ODI) was created in October 2016 with the hire of its first Senior Vice President/Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer (CDIO). Recently, an Assistant Vice President for Strategy and Outreach was added. The ODI serves as the strategic thought leader regarding issues of diversity and inclusion at SNHU. The ODI’s goal is to design, support, and coordinate One University diversity and inclusion efforts within a system-wide infrastructure to advance clear, measurable goals for the University.
