The Department of Human Resources at Southern Illinois University Carbondale provides valuable information, assistance and resources to SIU faculty, staff, retirees and prospective employees.

The New Employee Orientation includes orientation to New Employee Resources, which includes sustainability info for educating new employees about sustainability on campus.

In addition, some campus units specifically include sustainability in the new employee training. For example Information Technology is including recycling info in their new employee orientation.
