A brief description of the farmers’ market:
1) On campus farm stand, weekly March through November.
2) Participation in Community Farmers’ Market in Carbondale Illinois. Weekly, year-round.
Both the volunteer student organic garden (LOGIC: the Local Organic Gardening Initiative of Carbondale) and the College of Agriculture “Field to Fork” project participate in these markets.
