A brief description of the employee wellness program, policy, or practice:
Created in a partnership between the Chancellor’s office and members of the university community that have formed a campus “wellness coalition”, this program is designed to help you lose weight, improve your diet and nutrition, quit smoking, manage stress, and enhance your general health. Most of the programs are also free or come with little cost to participants. We are focusing our programming and educational efforts on the 8 dimensions of wellness: physical, spiritual, intellectual, occupational, environmental, social, emotional, and financial.
