Rainbow’s End Child Development Center was established to meet the need for quality and convenient child care to the children of Southern Illinois University Carbondale students, faculty, and staff. The primary goal of the Center is to provide a secure and positive atmosphere for children while their parents attend classes and work at the University. The Center is committed to providing a program which embodies developmentally appropriate practices and principles by following regulations and standards outlined by the Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS), National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC), and Quality Rating and Improvement System (QRIS).
