A copy of the institution's definition of sustainability research:
Research refers to any systematic gathering and analysis of information designed to develop or contribute to generalizable knowledge, and therefore sustainability research refers to any such activity oriented toward developing or contributing to knowledge that enhances social wellbeing and/or economic prosperity and/or ecological health.
