The South Seattle Sustainability Committee produces a newsletter in fall, winter, and spring quarters to update campus on campus sustainability initiatives.

A brief description of the signage that highlights sustainability features on campus:
In select new buildings on campus there is signage which describes the sustainable materials and operations of the buildings. In the UNI building at the main campus placards are placed around the building which describe energy efficient lighting, water conservation technology, and sustainable building materials. At the Colin building at the Georgetown satellite campus similar placards are used, as well as an energy dashboard which shows the buildings energy usage compared to averages. There are several placards in Cascade Hall, LEED certified building, which highlight several sustainability features.

1) At the Georgetown satellite campus the Colin Building offers a "sustainability tour" which highlights the sustainable materials and operations of the building, which is LEED Silver.
