A brief description of the sustainable food and beverage purchasing program:
The Brockey Center catering service purchases the majority of its food directly from Food Services of America and does not have an accurate accounting of organic or local foods purchased through this avenue. Occasionally, groups will request organic or local foods for specific events, and Bob Sullivan of Auxiliary Services estimates 5% of his overall food budget is spent on these special requests,.
