Does the institution host a peer-to-peer textbook exchange program, textbook lending library, or alternate textbook project?:
Yes

A brief description of the textbook exchange program, textbook lending library, or alternate textbook project:
Briggs Library buys electronic versions of required textbooks and makes them available to students. Library staff members review the list of required texts from the University bookstore and look for books for which we can purchase unlimited access. The Library also places print copies of textbooks on reserve so that students may check them out.

Does the institution provide incentives for academic staff that explicitly encourage the authorship, peer review, and/or adoption of open access textbooks?:
Yes

A brief description of the incentives to encourage the authorship, peer review, and/or adoption of open access textbooks:
The Library worked with the university's Course Enhancement Institute to encourage the use of OER. A librarian met with each of the individual institute groups of faculty to discuss OER. Faculty are compensated for their participation in the Institute.
