A brief description of the methodology(ies) the institution used to complete its air emissions inventory:
SDSU completes binannual emissions tests on boilers located in the Central Heating Plant that are conducted by a third party. This report is compiled and submitted to South Dakota's Department of Environment & Natural Resources for review. However, this report does not include tests on smaller boilers or emergency generators located throughout campus.
