All courses are OLLI courses offered at McCrory Gardens: *Fall Floral Arrangements (We touch on sustainability in using your own resources and flowers you have in your own yard instead of buying tropically grown & shipped flowers) *Behind the Scenes at McCrory Gardens (talk about sustainable practices we use at McCrory) *Houseplant Propagation (resource conservation by propagating your own plants instead of buying new) *Making Maple Syrup Workshop (Sustainable practices of producing your own locally grown food and source of sugar) *Butterflies & Blooms (learning local butterfly biodiversity, planting butterfly friendly plant cultivars and insect friendly garden care practices, and taking some plants home to create more habitat) *Monarch Tagging and Citizen Science (learning environmental challenges for monarchs and other insects, learning best practices for providing safe habitat etc.) *Plant your Own Spring-flowering Container
