2018 World Cafe process related to the development of the 2025 Strategic Plan. This was an interactive process that brought insights from across the campus and larger external community to provide extensive information specifically on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
In 2020 there will be a local version of TRHT (Truth, Racial Healing and Transformation), A campuswide Climate survey will be completed, and the formation of a committee that will develop the diversity & Equity, Programmatic Inventor
