The lowest paid regular employee’s total compensation is at 108% of the living wage. Our lowest paid full-time employee's total compensation is at the 125% of the living wage. Minimum total compensation of $23.43 per hour includes salary, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 10% retirement contribution, group paid life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment, supplemental disability insurance, employer-sponsored EAP, flexible spending, 15 days of paid vacation days, 16 paid holidays, 12 days of paid sick leave.
