Which of the following best describes the institution’s approach to rainwater management?:
No written policies, plans or guidelines, but green infrastructure and LID practices are used

A brief description of the institution’s green infrastructure and LID practices:

The construction of the Soka Performing Arts Center (PAC) was sustainability-focused and as a result, was made according to the Gold certification through the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) program.
The project’s vegetated green roof at the top of both the Performing Arts Center and the Black Box Theater portion of Wangari Maathai Hall helps to manage and treat storm water runoff, as well as the man-made swale behind the project’s academic spaces.
