Part 1

Does the institution have policies and/or guidelines in place to improve outdoor air quality and minimize air pollutant emissions from mobile sources on campus?:
No

None
A brief description of the policies and/or guidelines to improve outdoor air quality and minimize air pollutant emissions from mobile sources:
---

Part 2

Has the institution completed an inventory of significant air emissions from stationary campus sources or else verified that no such emissions are produced?:
Yes

Weight of the following categories of air emissions from stationary sources::
Weight of Emissions
Nitrogen oxides (NOx) 3,096.40 Tons
Sulfur oxides (SOx) 45.40 Tons
Carbon monoxide (CO) 2,321 Tons
Particulate matter (PM) 232.70 Tons
Ozone (O3) 0 Tons
Lead (Pb) 0.02 Tons
Hazardous air pollutants (HAPs) 0 Tons
Ozone-depleting compounds (ODCs) 0 Tons
Other standard categories of air emissions identified in permits and/or regulations 0 Tons

None
A brief description of the methodology(ies) the institution used to complete its air emissions inventory:
Combustion by stationary sources on campus is limited to natural gas and diesel for generators. Natural gas is combusted in three ways: 1.HVAC boilers 2. Domestic hot water boilers 3. Cooking Diesel is combusted in emergency generators primarily for testing and maintenance purposes. We used the guidance in EPA Document AP-42 Fifth Edition Compilation of Air Pollutant Emission Factors, Volume 1: Stationary Point and Area Sources to determine emission factors for stationary boilers and diesel generators. Sources are indicated in the attached Inventory Spreadsheet.
