Additional documentation to support the submission:
Community service data for the academic year 2016-2017 was included. The data was collected from different clubs and departments that organize community service activities for Soka students. The groups were Alternative Spring Break, Soka Community Service and Internship Department, Compassion in Action (a student-led community service group), SUA Athletics, and Student Orientation. In order to correct for double counting of students who had participated in more than one of these events, we conducted a survey to determine the average number of activities that SUA students had participated in. OUt of the 434 student enrolled, 82 responded to the survey, for a response rate of 19%.
