The steering committee for Trend 5--Resource Utilization--of the strategic plan consisted of over 45 members of the campus community including: faculty, staff, and administration.

The plan is broken into the three sections of Education & Research, Administration & Finance, and Operations. Each section defines current activities, challenges and specific actions to be taken.
