Data source(s) and notes about the submission:

Implemented FY11 the university saw a drop in paper purchasing equal to 1,010 cases, which is 5.05 million less sheets of paper printed, copied, stored, trashed, recycled, etc.

Estimated cost savings are as follows:

1,010 cases of paper @$28.50 per case = $28,785 in savings
Toner @ 2.5 cents per page x 5,050,000 sheets = $126,250 in savings*
*Prints made on ink jet printers cost much more!
