A brief description of the sustainability-focused immersive experience(s) offered by the institution:
Students completing the Masters of Science in Sustainable Systems program are required to complete an internship or research project. Several students have the opportunity to complete their project on campus. For example: Karen Abrams and James Stitt completed a greenhouse gas emissions inventory using the Clean Air/Cool Planet Software. Dan Snyder completed a campus lighting survey. Emily Wilkinson is completing a campus sustainability inventory using the STARS program.
