A brief description of the open access policy, including the date adopted, any incentives or supports provided, and the repository(ies) used:

We currently have an active institutional repository, and we are in the process of developing a more formal open access policy. Participation in the institutional repository is currently voluntary, and the type of participation (mandatory or voluntary) is an aspect that will continue to be discussed as we move toward a more formal open access policy.

Faculty, staff, and students are currently supported in their participation in our institutional repository, and we have an open access grant fund that underwrites author publishing charges for open access publications.
