The university reports employee equity and diversity (self identified by employees) statistics to Human Resources and Skills Development Canada annually. This information is compiled and submitted by the Director, Human Rights and Equity. The Director, Human Rights and Equity, makes use of the knowledge of employee equity and diversity based on the annual reporting when making Human Rights and Equity program planning decisions for the university.
