A brief description of the plan:
The plan is an outline of bicycle friendly aspirational action items between 2011 and 2015. The plan will depend on funding and feasibility over the four years. The outline action plan includes consideration of storage, roadway infrastructure, showering facilities, education, incentives for commuter cyclists and on campus commuting/travel.
