•Establishes an interim goal of a 40 percent reduction below 2006 carbon emissions by 2030.
•Ascertain objectives to achieve the interim goal.
•Focuses on achieving major actions to be taken in the next five years (by 2015) to achieve SCC’s first initial milestone of reducing our emissions 10 percent below 2006 levels.
