On the Sheridan co-curricular record document, competencies selected by students, which have been validated by CCR activity leaders (Sheridan faculty or staff), appear. The minimum number of participation hours required in order to receive validation also appears on the printed document. The document is not a transcript issued by the Office of the Registrar but a separate document which can be printed by the student.
