Does the institution have a policy or directive to consider the social and/or environmental impacts of investment decisions, in addition to financial considerations?:
Yes

A brief description of the socially responsible investment policy:
The Board has approved in principle the adoption of socially responsible investment (“SRI”) guidelines in the management of the Fund, being the integration of environmental, social and governance factors by the Manager in the selection of the investments. In other words, the Manager will invest primarily in companies that conduct themselves in a socially responsible way.
The Board will not establish specific SRI criteria but will retain a Manager who will implement SRI security selection screening methodologies that meet generally-accepted industry standards and best practices.
These SRI guidelines will be implemented in a prudent and evolutionary manner to ensure that an appropriate Manager is selected on a cost-efficient basis.
