President's Creative Challenge for Sustainability

A brief description of the campaign(s):
The President’s Creative Challenge for Sustainability was developed with Sheridan students, faculty and staff in mind. Creativity, Innovation and Collaboration are key components to solving today’s sustainability challenges and are the hallmark of our institution. This Challenge is an opportunity for all Sheridan students, across disciplines, to make a difference in the sustainability of our school and the communities that we serve.

In 2011, 25 student teams submitted multi-disciplinary projects. 5 teams were chosen. Winning teams included projects focussed on: water reduction, waste water management, organic garden and the integration of intellectually disabled students into Sheridan Sustainability sustainability program
