Yes

Does the assessment process address employee outcomes related to diversity and equity?:
Yes

A brief description of the most recent assessment findings and how the results are used in shaping policy, programs, and initiatives:

Our Latinx and LGBTQ students reported lower levels of belonging. In response we have expanded the role of multicultural affairs and are adding additional staffing. The institution also chose to invest in student success by creating a new position that focuses on student equity and career readiness as well as adding new student success coaches. We are using the data to inform our current campus-wide strategic planning process, which has DEI as one of its main 4 pillars. The same data has informed us that there are microaggressions that take place and we are reviewing and revising our current nondiscrimination policy and creating a new bias-response processing team.

Are the results of the most recent structured diversity and equity assessment shared with the campus community?:
Yes

A brief description of how the assessment results are shared with the campus community:

Available assessment results have been distributed to key groups of stakeholders (e.g. members of the Vice-Chancellor's Cabinet, members of the Committee on Diversity, Inclusion, and Cohesion, and members of the Student Life staff). A plan for broader dissemination of the results is in development.
