The VP of Academics of Seneca College scheduled a meeting with all Chairs and Deans of each Faculty. They determined the champions per school that conducted the initial audit of their courses. They facilitated the course inventory classification per school. The next step was for designated STARS team to review the data and made necessary changes according to STARS guidelines and concepts.

Seneca has four faculties that are for their full time programs. there is a separate faculty for continuing education that is not reflected in this category. these four faculties represents the academic departments for the college. Each faculty has different schools.
