A survey is made available for a period of time (usually 2 weeks) for all employees to complete. Employees can complete the survey online or they can fill out a paper copy.

The Senior Leadership Management Committee will go through the surveys and prioritize the main issues arising from employee feedback. Sub-committees will be formed to address the main issues, and action plans will be made.
Evaluation of the 2016 survey is being carried out right now. As the last Employee Engagement Survey that was carried out was in 2008, there are no examples of how the College has addressed issues raised by the survey within the past three years. However, the distribution of an annual or biennial Employee Engagement Survey has been recently identified as a need.
