The 10th St. Residence/Shambhala Performance Hall in Nelson was renovated and certified to the minimum level LEED standard. Construction was completed and the building was opened for use in 2012.

The Silver King campus will be undergoing a major renovation beginning in the spring of 2016. The renovation will adhere to provincial government requirements and will achieve LEED silver certification; the construction of a new building as part of this project will be completed and certified to LEED gold standards.
