(1) The number for “gross floor area of building space” is Seattle University’s "institutional boundary" GSF for FY23, that is: all owned buildings AND all leased buildings where SeattleU is the only tenant. We are excluding the leased buildings where SU is one of multiple tenants (following STARS tech guidelines).
--SU’s Institutional boundary total is 2,310,148. (= 2,296,459 owned + 13,689 for one leased building (YOBI building)
--SU’s Operational boundary total is 2,210,938. (This includes those buildings where SU has ownership/control of maintenance/building operations).
