• We used the STARS Food and Beverage Purchasing Inventory Template. See attached. • Timeframe: Fiscal year 2023 is our reporting timeframe. • Using the managed ordered guide (MOG) by Compass, SU’s Food Service Provider (Chartwells, Compass Group) calculated the annual expenditures for each of the products following the STARS technical guidelines. They also reviewed all exception spends (non-“managed ordered” items) which are purchased directly by Seattle University’s Compass account.
