The 111,559.0 SF of certified building space is entirely attributed to the The "Jim and Janet Sinegal Center for Science and Innovation," the newest building on Seattle University campus which is rated LEED Gold (June 2022).
The Sinegal Center (SINE) is the fifth campus facility at Seattle University to be certified LEED Gold.

The only major renovation in the past five years that would qualify for this credit based on the STARS technical guideline for a "Certificate of Occupancy" is the "Bannan" building renovation. However, the Bannan building was not eligible for LEED because it did not include shell, structural, MEP or site work, which is part of the USGBC definition for major renovation.
