All food service outlets at Seattle University are managed by Chartwells, SU's food service provider. Chartwells at SU achieved certification by the Food Recovery Network in 2020 and again in following years. The most recent renewal of Food Recovery Verification was confirmed by letter on December 31, 2023 (see attached letter).
