The reported data includes all cars, carts, trucks, tractors, vans/buses, electric assist cycles, and similar vehicles used for transporting people and/or goods, including both leased vehicles and vehicles that are institution-owned and operated. Heavy construction equipment (e.g., excavators and pavers), maintenance equipment, (e.g., lawn-mowers and leaf blowers),are excluded from the metrics.
