--In 2015, SU obtained the Fair Trade designation. Seattle University was the first PNW University to earn the title of Fair Trade Designated University: https://fairtradecampaigns.org/campaign/seattle-university/
--Chartwells (Seattle University's food service provider) is committed to providing fair trade certified products such as chocolate, coffee, and protein bars (Larabar) to the Seattle University community.
