A brief description of the farmers’ market:
The south plaza on campus is turned into a weekly farmer's market April-December every year. A priority is given to local and organic producers. Over 30 vendors offer a variety of local and organic vegetables, preserves, breads, and dairy products. This farmer's market also offers an incentive for Food Stamp users, giving a $10 boost in market vouchers for the first $10 in food stamps spent every week.
