A brief description of how sustainability is included in new employee orientation (including how multiple dimensions of sustainability are addressed):
All new employees go through an orientation which covers the strategic plan's goals which includes sustainability. Participants also learn about how to currently manage their waste stream, alternative transportation incentives, and more. Additionally, they receive the contact information for our Diversion Technician and Energy & Sustainability Manger for future follow up questions.
