The pay rate is $20.54 per hour with benefits, so the minimum total compensation is $27.72 per hour. Benefits include 10% towards retirement, medical, dental, vision, EAP, Basic Life and AD&D, Benefits Consulting & Wellness, 12 paid holidays, sick time, and vacation pay.

Regular part-time employees do not make less than the San Jose Living Wage hourly wage recommendation. Additionally, regular part-time employees working at least 20 hours per week and six or more months per year receive medical, dental, and vision benefits.
