Part-time employees have a base salary and, if eligible, may enroll in benefits that range from 32-37% of the employee's salary. The percentage value is dependent on the medical benefits selected. Most of these employees are also eligible for staff/faculty fee waiver for themselves or an eligible dependent and they may elect to enroll in tax sheltered annuity plans, as well as health or dependent care reimbursement accounts.
