Yes

A brief description of the assessment process and the framework, scorecard(s) and/or tool(s) used:

We initiated a study process that started in the spring of 2019. We put out an RFP to contract a consultant to assist us with this process. We hired Rankin and Associates. A website is currently being built that is documenting our current process here: http://www.sjsu.edu/belong

We have run approximately 23 Focus Groups during October 2019 with approximately 125 participants from faculty, staff and students. We will be launching the “belong@SJSU” on Feb 25, 2020 and running it through the beginning of spring break. Data will be analysed over the summer. The consultants come back in September 2020 to do a report out to the campus community (which will be the first time ANYBODY sees any data) in a public forum.
